An entrepreneur, philanthropist, avid photographer (www.onliskcarew.com), and Founder of a new age consulting company Oclas Group (www.oclasgroup.com). Pioneer of various charitable causes, including the Charity Golf Club UK, Oclas Foundation, Mary Slessor Foundation, The Lagos Oil Club, and a freeman at the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs. He is also involved in setting up a nurturing program that creates an environment for students to fulfil their potential to attain careers in the City of London with improved self-reflection, communication and technology skills, in partnership with the University of Kent.

Besides his philanthropy and charitable causes, Sheyi Lisk-Carew specialises in complex business strategy and transformation projects where communication, inspiration, and cultural empathy are crucial to progressing a project or programme from initiation to successful delivery in uncertain and disruptive circumstances times.

He has worked with both private and public sector organisations, including listed multinational IT, Utilities and Energy companies in Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia, including NOCs, IOCs such as BP, BG, LNG, Shell (SPDC, SNEPCO, NAM, PDO), Thames Water, Northumbrian Water Group (NWG). Sheyi has also worked with clients in merging multiple organisations, defining and implementing strategy, improving efficiency delivery capabilities, implementing systems, improving agility, and driving the desired change in disruptive and uncertain environments.

Sheyi is trained in Business Analysis, Six Sigma, BOSIET, Prince2, ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall. He also holds an Executive MBA in International Oil & Gas Management, and a Master's Degree in Marketing Management (MSc), following a dual undergraduate degree with Honours in Computer Systems Engineering (CSEng: BEng).

In his spare time, Sheyi loves to review/unbox products, BBQ, garden and clean his cars. He also loves to take photographs and enjoys a round of golf when he gets enough time off.
