Richard Kalas of GFT discussed DX-based business models for challenger banks, while Sung Jun Chun from the Korea Credit Bureau addressed digital data-based alternative credit rating models. Rob Ward of the Financial Conduct Authority concluded the forum by highlighting how technological innovations can enhance consumer protection in financial services.
