We provide consulting and specialist support on asset and integrity management. Using our extensive industry knowledge and proven competency, we recently won a contract with one of the UKs largest water utilities company, where our speciality was required to improve efficiency on the implementation of a new leading asset management platform.
Our team worked closely with the senior management as well as the users/teams of various process areas such as, Sewerage Processes, Wastewater Process, Meter Processes, Network Repair and Replacement Processes, Customer Field Services Processes, Strategic Network Processes, EMI Maintenance Processes, Waste Water Treatment Processes, as well as other processes which impact on the Asset management system.
This was done to identify key issues within the current work management system, identify areas that needed to be aligned, existing information gaps that could be amended in preparation of the implementation of the new work and asset management system.
