We offer comprehensive consulting and specialist support services for asset and integrity management, leveraging our extensive industry knowledge and proven competency. Our team recently secured a contract with one of the UK's largest water utilities company, where we demonstrated our expertise in improving the implementation efficiency of a leading asset management platform.

We worked closely with the senior management and teams across various process areas, including Sewerage, Wastewater, Metering, Network Repair and Replacement, Customer Field Services, Strategic Network, EMI Maintenance, Waste Water Treatment, and other processes that impacted the asset management system. This collaborative approach helped us identify key issues within the current work management system and align areas that needed improvement in preparation for the new system implementation.

Our asset management specialization includes asset integrity management, maintenance optimization, benchmarking and analysis, materials management, and operational support. With our expertise, we can help you maximize the value of your assets while minimizing the risk of failure and improving the overall efficiency of your operations.

Enhanced Collaborative Working

Our Real Time Surveillance service involves proactive measures to identify operational and maintenance related issues across various assets in multiple geographic locations. Enhanced Collaborative Working ultimately involves enhancing/improving the way of working between multiple locations with state of the art technology to bridge the gap of remote operations. With the aid of business processes, tools, applications, facility and stakeholders, the behaviours of these stakeholders is greatly improved to enhance their activities towards their day to day business objectives.
