We're thrilled to share that Sheyi, CEO and Founder of Oclas Group, recently had the honour of being invited as a visiting scholar at the University of East London. During his talk, Sheyi shared his extensive industry experience with MBA students studying Sustainable Energy. The topic for the week was Company/Organisational Structure within the Renewable Energy Sector, and Sheyi was grateful for the opportunity to discuss real-life industry insights with the students.
One particular highlight of the session was a case study analysis on collaboration and collective real-time decision-making. Sheyi shared how effective business processes can lead to significant cost savings and help businesses on their journey to sustainability and reduction in HSSE.
